Terms & Conditions

 DELIVERY

  • All orders received from Monday to Saturday before 4:30pm are for delivery in 1-2 working days except Sunday.
  • If the Product is short in quantity without fault on the part of the Customer, Esclusivo shall deliver the remaining Product as soon as the stocks are available without additional delivery charge to the customer.
  • Esclusivo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery resulting from circumstances/events beyond Esclusivo’s control such as acts of God, force majeureor if the failure or delay is caused by the voluntary or negligent act of the Customer.

 

  • If customer fails to receive the products on its scheduled delivery, additional fee for the re-delivery of the Product will likewise be shouldered by the Customer.

 

  • If there are any changes in the delivery address, Customer shall inform Esclusivo prior to its delivery schedule. If products are on its way and the Customer fails to inform Esclusivo, additional charges will be shouldered by Customer if they requested it to deliver in a different address.
  • Esclusivo shall make every effort to deliver the Product to Customer If a delay is expected, Esclusivo shall contact Customer immediately to reschedule the delivery.
  • Customers order may also be picked-up by Customer via lalamove, grab or any 3rd party courier.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

  • Customers who wished to cancel their orders must inform Esclusivo (3) three hours after placing their order.

 

RETURN & REFUND

  • In the case of defective goods, a Product that is presentable as to its physical appearance and in good condition (packaging, appearance, quality) is deemed Good Stock and shall not be eligible for returns. A Product that is not deemed a Good Stock by Esclusivo Quality Control Team, is considered as Bad Stock and shall be eligible for return or replacement as may be agreed upon by the parties. In case of Bad Stock, Customer shall cause the return of the same to Esclusivo with the corresponding pictures of the product that are subject to return, and Esclusivo shall bear all transportation costs, risk of loss and the value of the returned or replaced Product.
  • You may request a product replacement or refund once the delivery hour has passed and for 24 hours thereafter.
  • Customers are required to provide their bank details to Esclusivo for the refund process.
  • Refund will take 1 to 3 working days by Esclusivo.
  • Esclusivo will send a notification to the customer that the refund has been completed.
